Please read through the terms and conditions before making any purchases.

All prices are in Singapore Dollars and exclude postage. We will not be responsible for items damaged or lost in the mail. Postage starts from $3 for registered mail and from $1 for normal mail, depending on the number of items purchased.

We also have an optional gift-wrap service, packaging your purchased item such that it can be presented as a gift. This additional sevice will cost from $1 onwards per item, depending on the design and the materials used.

Items ordered without the optional gift-wrapping service will be mailed like this:

To place an order, send us an email at blacktieformal@gmail.com with the following:
- Your name
- Your mailing address
- The item numbers of the items you wish to purchase
- Whether you want your items delievered by normal or registered mail
- Whether you want us to ‘gift-wrap’ the item for you

After you have sent us an email/order form, please give us three days to send you a confirmation email. Upon reciept of payment, we will send your item to you via mail. If you do not receive an email from us to confirm your order, please email us again. We will get back to you as soon as possible.

Items placed on reserve will be held for a maximum of five days only. If you wish to reserve any item, please send us an email. We will send you a confirmation email and hold your item of choice for five days from the date your reservation is confirmed.

Please note that if we do not receive payment within seven days of the confirmation of your order, we will no longer hold your item.

If you wish to have a sold item remade or make a special request order, please drop us an email at blacktieformal@gmail.com Remakes are subject to availability of charms and beads.We will try to accomodate all requests as far as possible.

The actual colour of the items purchased may differ slightly from the photographs due to monitor resolution. To prevent any of the items from tarnishing, please try to avoid direct contact with perfume or water. Items with watch faces are not waterproof. Please avoid submerging them in water.
